		<description>It appears that whoever posted this case summary did not actually read the 5th Circuit&#039;s 8/11/11 en banc opinion because the court&#039;s decision was quite the opposite.  The full court held 13:3 that  judicial estoppel did NOT prevent the bankruptcy trusteee from prosecuting the federal employment lawsuit.  It is suggested that you correct immediately this.</description>
